How long does it take to confirm my payment?

All payments are processed by Mercado Pago. The payment confirmation is sent automatically to your email. It is possible that it is necessary to confirm some information to authorize the payment, do not worry that all this will be informed by registered email.

Payment confirmation can take 1 to 3 business days to complete, according to the rules of the payment gateway and card flags.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks * after the date of posting the product. But it can reach a maximum term of 8 weeks *. The delivery time is counted from the postage of the product in working days. Rest assured 98% of orders arrived within our deadlines.

How do I track my order?

You can track using the tracking code sent to the registered email, it is sent within 5 business days * after proof of payment. As the shipment is international, the code may take 3-10 days * for the tracking to show the current status. It takes 3 to 10 days for the post office to launch international codes on the system, so if your code doesn't work, try the other sites listed above.

Will I be charged for customs fees?
No, you won't be charged.

I received a Product, but had I purchased two?

Generally, when your order has several items with different promotions, it can happen that it is sent in separate shipments, since we use different distribution channels. You may receive items on different dates. So, don't worry if you don't receive all your orders in one go ... they will reach you.

Will I receive the Product at my Home?

Yes, most orders are shipped to the delivery address. But it is possible that you will have to pick up your order at the local Post Office, in cases where the address has not been located or if there have been several unsuccessful delivery attempts (address unavailable). We ask that you accompany your order through the tracking code made available to you in your email, so that the order does not return to the sender if you are waiting for a long-term withdrawal.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Most orders are shipped the next day. Send us an email the same day you placed the order so that we can update your address before it is sent. We were unable to make any corrections after the order was shipped. Subsequently, when the order arrives in the national territory, you must contact the post office to resolve this problem and request delivery or pick-up somewhere alternative.

What is the origin of the products?

The products presented in our store are sent by our suppliers (China, USA and Europe) directly to the address registered by you at the time of order completion.

Tracking shows how it was delivered but I didn't receive it, what do I do?

To solve this problem it is necessary to contact the Post Office, and locate who received it. Another option is to check with residents of your home or neighbors, as it is possible that they have accepted the order and that you are not yet aware of it. Please also check that you have not received any notification from the carrier in your mailbox. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt has taken place, they will leave a notification to let you know about it and provide guidance on order delivery. We can only make a refund if the order is lost on the way, that is, if your order has no tracking updates after 60 days after the shipping date. Delivered orders are not refunded.

Order returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, what do I do?

To solve this problem, it is necessary to contact the Post Office to understand its location. If your order has already been returned to the country of origin, a new shipment will be made, always respecting our deadlines. Unfortunately, according to our policies, this case does not fit into the possibility of cancellation, as the carrier or store did not miss it. But don't worry, your order will be resent.

We make it explicit that, in national territory, it is the buyer's responsibility to make himself available to receive the order.
